The EC Data Platform team is available for any questions or issues noticed regarding your EC Data Platform environment. In case you have any questions regarding possible solutions for your use case (before or after your onboarding), the team can provide you with appropriate advice based on their longstanding expertise or can perform required investigations to come to an optimal solution. Next to this, after deployment, the team is available for solving any occurred issues noticed as the maintenance of your environment is our responsibility.
